Van of Hope

ARIZONA - The Van of Hope is a mobile medical service operated by the Carondelet Health Network of Tucson, Arizona. The program which involves a number of community partners is aimed at serving the primary medical needs of Southern Arizona's nearly 6000 homeless, of which 40% are children. The 38-foot recreational vehicle has been modified and equipped to provide these services, including the latest GlobalMed Telemedicine technology to bring healthcare to those in Tucson who have no health insurance, regular doctor, or available transportation.
